Access to the services may result in third-party fees, including but not limited to airtime charges from mobile operators. You are responsible for all such fees. You are responsible for all equipment that is needed to access the service.

The Service includes information about other parties' geographical position as well as information to other parties about your geographical position.

You understand and agree by using the Service that the service is provides 'as-is' and that the Service does not take any responsibility for un-expected results such as delay in timeliness, deletion of data, mis-delivery or failure in any other way to perform the service at hand. Specifically, you understand and accept the Service may collect and store data about your geographical position and use this for different business development purposes at its own will.

You may not redistribute, copy, reproduce or in any other way engage in utilizing the data or content of the site, including but not limited to pictures and design for any purpose whatsoever.

The providers of the Service reserves the right to modify the service, including adding new services or discontinuing other services at its own will. Nothing in this shall be construed as lack of interest for or service to the user.
